Lumberjacks look to snap losing streak when they begin district play

Patterson is readying for District 8-3A play, which should better match the team against foes of similar size and numbers, starting Friday in North Vermilion. “Our kids compete, but we have had to play too many both ways, and that has taken a toll on us,” Patterson Coach Don Jones said. “And that hadn’t been a problem in P-Town, but it’s district play, and we are moving forward.
