Late run lifts Patterson past Glen Oaks, 45-37

T h e P a t t e r s o n Lumberjacks survived Glen Oaks in Class 3A first-round action with a 45-37 victory Friday at Patterson. While the No. 12 seed Lumberjacks led just 38-37 late in the contest, the squad went on a 7-0 run to close the game and secure the win. The Lumberjacks (23-5) pushed its lead to 40-37 after an offensive rebound and put back by Elijah Williams with 2:08 remaining, while Drew Lucas’ lay in with less than a minute remaining gave Patterson a 42-37 advantage.
