The Lafayette High School Mighty Lions overwhelmed the Patterson High School Lumberjacks 41-7 in nondistrict football action Friday. While the Lumberjacks’ defense had to contend with a potent Lafayette offense, Patterson also lost quarterback Louis Jones to injury during the first half of Friday’s game.
