The Central Catholic Lady Eagles run-ruled Centerville 17-1 in four innings in District 7-1A softball action in Centerville Wednesday.
Central Catholic scored in every inning with five runs in the first, three in the second, four in the third and five in the fourth.
Centerville scored its lone run in the bottom of the third.
The game was called after four innings due to the 15-run mercy rule.
Central Catholic’s Olivia Black earned the win as she tossed a two-hitter. In four innings, she surrendered one earned run with one walk, one hit batter and fanned five.
