Irwin stepping down from post

When Central Catholic High School’s baseball team walked off the field at McMurry Park as Division IV state runner-up Friday night, more than just the team’s season ended. For Dan Irwin, the school’s lone assistant coach who has been a part of each of the school’s five state baseball championships, so did his time on the field.
