Donaldsonville defeats Berwick, 42-18

The Donaldsonville High School Tigers’ run game, along with Berwick turnovers, were too much for the Panthers to overcome in their 42-18 loss in District 9-3A action in Donaldsonville. Donaldsonville had 444 yards on the ground, with all of its touchdowns coming via its ground game. The Tigers also converted an onside kick, intercepted three passes and recovered another fumble. While Donaldsonville eventually converted the onside kick recovery and one of the interceptions into touchdowns, the others ended opportunities for Berwick to score.
