Central Catholic routed Morgan City 12-2 in high school baseball action at Berwick High’s Panther Classic Thursday. Central Catholic led 5-0 after an inning, 7-0 after three complete and 10-1 after six innings. The Eagles scored two runs in the seventh, while Morgan City scored a run. Luke Barbier earned the win. In five innings, he surrendered one hit, four walks and fanned eight. Offensively, the Eagles collected 11 hits.
