Central Catholic pulled away from False River 55-33 in the second half of Friday’s game to notch the Eagles’ first win of the season.

“It’s always good to get that first win under your belt,” Central Catholic Coach Tommy Minton said. “The kids realize that we have taken big strides from week one to now. We have grown a lot because we’ve played against good competition.”
