CCHS track and field teams will compete Friday

Central Catholic High School will head to Friday’s Class 1A state track and field meet at LSU’s Bernie Moore Track Stadium with a large contingent, dominated by its boys’ squad. The Eagles qualified competitors in seven events, six of those on the boys’ side. Central Catholic Coach David Fuhrer said he will bring his largest boys’ contingent to state in 10-plus years.
