No. 5 Central Catholic High School will begin Division IV postseason softball play Thursday when it hosts No. 12 Lafayette Christian at 5:30 p.m.
Central Catholic enters the postseason with a 22-9 overall mark and tied with Hanson for the runner-up spot in District 7-1A.
Central Catholic coach Joe Russo said he was excited about his team’s season.
