CCHS' Hidalgo fires perfect game as Eagles rout Lafayette Christian

Central Catholic’s Blake Hidalgo pitched perfect game, and the Eagles’ offense rolled as the squad run-ruled Lafayette Christian, 15-0, in five innings in Amelia Thursday. Hidalgo surrendered no runs, hits or walks, and the Eagles’ defense was flawless to keep Lafayette Christian to a minimum of 15 batters in five innings. Hidalgo fanned 12 of the 15 batters he faced.
