Central Catholic High School’s offense may have put up 26 points in its victory against Centerville as part of Thursday’s Taco Bell Jamboree, but the Morgan City school’s defense stole the show. Not only did the Eagles pitch a shutout but they limited Centerville to 25 yards of offense — all rushing — on 25 carries.
