Central Catholic’s annual baseball and softball tournaments will be held this weekend. The baseball tournament will be held Thursday through Saturday with games being played in Amelia all three days and in Patterson the first two days. The softball tournament will be played in Bayou Vista Friday and Saturday. As for baseball, the event will be held predominantly at the Eagles’ field at the Amelia Recreation Center, while Thursday and Friday, single games will be played at Patterson High. In addition to host Central Catholic, Patterson, Ascension Catholic, Houma Christian, Loreauville, Central Lafourche, H.L. Bourgeois, Vandebilt Catholic and False River.
