The Berwick Panthers run-ruled Patterson 12-1 in five innings in District 8-3A action in Berwick Thursday. Berwick took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first and added five runs in the bottom of the second for a 6-0 lead. After Patterson scored a run in the top of the fifth, Berwick scored six runs in the bottom of the frame to end the game via the 10-run mercy rule. Seth Canty earned the win.
