Berwick High School will be sending all newcomers to compete in Class 3A competition at this year’s Louisiana High School Athletic Association/Allstate Sugar Bowl Track and Field Meet Saturday at LSU’s Bernie More Track Stadium. Seniors Lauren Cantrelle and Matthew Legendre and sophomore Blayne Jones will represent Berwick. Cantrelle will compete in the 1,600-meter run and the 3,200-meter run, while Legendre and Jones will perform in the shot put and pole vault, respectively.
