Berwick High boys win Bayou League district title

Berwick High School’s boys swim team won the Bayou Leagues District meet, the first time in school history the team has done so. The squad competed against 11 other teams, Classes 1A-5A. The Panthers finished with 330 points, while second-place Terrebonne totaled 309 points. Other area schools competing included Morgan City, which finished seventh with 174 points; Patterson, which placed 11th with 26 points; and Central Catholic, which finished 12th with 25 points.
