Central Catholic High School honored its 1997 Class 1A state runner-up football team at halftime of Thursday's contest against Vandebilt Catholic. The squad fell to Kentwood in the title game of that season. The team was coached by Hud Jackson, who is now the head coach at Arkansas-Monticello.
