Nicholls is doing more than winning conference championships in various sports. The Colonels Athletic Department is working to upgrade facilities. Nicholls Athletic Director Matt Roan detailed the projects at the Colonel Caravan’s stop at Bay City Bistro in Morgan City Thursday.
