Student’s fear of the future makes every day a struggle

DEAR ABBY: I’m a man in my early 30s who was born with a moderately severe form of cerebral palsy. This disability has always been a major part of my life.
DEAR ABBY: My husband’s best friend remarried a couple of years ago, and the new wife, “Jane,” is a handful. When we get together, she’s as free-spirited and open as you can get, sexually.
DEAR ABBY: I am a transgender female who is working on my marriage to my wife of 41 years. I started my transition in 2011.
DEAR ABBY: I live in Atlanta, and my family lives four hours south. My brother travels here often to visit his girlfriend and their son.
