DEAR ABBY: I have wanted to write you for years, but my ex-husband thought it was “ridiculous.” We were married 29 years and rarely argued, which led me to believe we had a great marriage.
DEAR ABBY: Sometimes when my husband, “Tom,” drinks he becomes volatile. A month ago, after being out drinking, he came home very late.
DEAR ABBY: My husband’s dad, “Adam,” is very mellow and can talk to anyone. His mom, “Eve,” is friendly, but a little more reserved.
