St. Mary's unemployment rate dropped slightly again in November and remains under 4%, according to figures from the Louisiana Workforce Commission.
Nicholls has named Dr. Raquel Engolio as Dean of the College of Nursing. Engolio will assume the role from Dr. Sue Westbrook, who previously served in this position for 18 years.
