Double figures lead Hanson to win over Hornets
Allyssa Young, Carlie Pellerin and Casey Fitzgerald all scored in double figures, leading the Hanson Memorial Lady Tigers to a 66-20 win over the Franklin Lady Hornets Tuesday at the Billy Gene Talbot Gymnasium.
Young tossed in 16 points while Pellerin bagged 15 points while Fitzgerald had 11 points to spark the Hanson Lady Tigers.
Other top scorers for Hanson Memorial were: Sarah Daniel, 5; Amyrie Foulcard, 5; Camille Baker, 3 and Kaylee Broussard, 2.
Sta’Trail Butler led the Franklin Lady Hornets in scoring with 7 points. Jazmine Brent recorded five points with Ajontae McDaniel added four points and Kirsten Perro with 3 points.
