Drug, domestic abuse arrests reported in parish

St. Mary police agencies reported arrests this week on charges that include violation of protective orders, domestic abuse and drug possession.
St. Mary
Sheriff Gary Driskell reported that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 45 complaints and made this arrest:
--Dustin James Vaughn, 47, Morgan City, was arrested at 3:29 p.m. Monday on a charge of violation of protective orders. Bail has not been set at this time.
Morgan City
Chief Chad M. Adams reported that the Morgan City Police Department responded to 71 calls for service over the last 48-hour reporting period and made these arrests:
--Keith Allen Clark. 50, Barrow Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 9:46 a.m. Tuesday on charges of domestic abuse battery and simple criminal damage to property.
--Melissa Ratcliff, 35, Henry Street, Patterson, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday on charges of failure to appear for arraignment and failure to appear to pay fines (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Christine Maria Castille, 62, Bush Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. Tuesday on eight counts of failure to appear to show restitution (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
Franklin
Chief Cedric Handy reported that the Franklin Police Department responded to six complaints over the last 24-hour reporting period and made this arrest:
--Maleiah Bouton, 17, Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. Monday on charges of possession of Schedule I drugs and unlawful purchase of tobacco under 18. Bouton was booked, processed and released to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
