Robbery, battery, theft arrests reported

Morgan City and St. Mary authorities reported arrests Tuesday on charges of theft and domestic battery.
Franklin police made an armed robbery arrest.
St. Mary
Sheriff Blaise Smith reported that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 26 complaints made these arrests:
--Megan Tabatha Dugas, 37, Franklin, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant alleging theft by fraud. Dugas was released on a $5,000 bond.
--Dylan Michael Boling, 27, Franklin, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant alleging failure to appear. Bail has not been set at this time.
Morgan City
Chief Chad M. Adams reported that the Morgan City Police Department responded to 54 calls for service over the last 24-hour reporting period and made these arrests:
--Alexander Cardona-Rodriguez, 29, Levee Road, Morgan City, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. Tuesday on three counts of failure to appear to pay fine (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Ursala Jamel Ward, 46, Apple Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 10:18 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of domestic abuse battery (child endangerment).
--Noe Delgado-Hernandez, 45, Bush Street, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday on two counts of failure to appear for arraignment (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
Franklin
Chief Cedric Handy reported that the Franklin Police Department responded to 10 complaints over the last 24-hour reporting period and made these arrests:
--Devante Burden, 31, Blakesley Street, Franklin, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant dated Jan. 6, 2022, alleging simple battery on a juvenile and a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court alleging failure to appear on the charge of obscenity. Burden was additionally arrested on the charge of monetary instrument abuse. Burden was booked, processed and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
--Jarius Boyd, 22, Alexander Lane, Franklin, , was arrested, at 2:23 p.m. Tuesday on warrants dated March 16 alleging aggravated assault, armed robbery and home invasion. Boyd was additionally arrested on a warrant for Patterson Mayor's Court alleging failure to appear on the charge of speeding. Boyd was booked, processed, and released on a $15,000 bond.
