Police Reports 5-10-17

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Cordell Falterman, 37, Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested on Tuesday at 1:59 p.m., for the charge of domestic abuse battery. Falterman was released on a $2,500 bond.
Anthony Wells, 64, Antigo Alley, Franklin, was arrested on Tuesday at 8:57 p.m., for the charge of driving under suspension. Wells was released on a $1,000 bond.
Matthew Johnston, 32, Tamar Lane, Austin, Texas, was arrested on Wednesday at 3:10 a.m., for the charges of resisting an officer by giving false identification and possession of Schedule I narcotics – MDMA. No bond is set.
Shquille Brooks, 23, Canal Drive, Franklin, was arrested on Wednesday at 4:11 a.m., on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges on simple burglary and possession of Schedule I narcotics – synthetic marijuana. No bond is set.
Barry Burney, 55, Barrone Street, Baldwin, was arrested on Wednesday, at 4:20 a.m., for the charge of driving while intoxicated. Burney was released on a $2,500 bond.
