Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Andrea Smathers of La. 87, Jeanerette, was arrested on Monday for theft, Smathers was released on a summons.
Andrea Smathers of La. 87, Jeanerette, was arrested on Tuesday for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, remaining where forbidden, criminal trespass and non-resident’s curfew.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Craig Colbert, 52, 407 Big Four Corners Road, Four Corners, was arrested on Monday at 11:11 a.m. for violation of protective orders. Colbert was released on a $2,500 bond.
Ivory Williams Jr., 45, 1012½ Friendship Lane #6, Franklin, was arrested on Monday at 10:49 a.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of hydrocodone. Bail is set at $15,000.
Stafford Starks Jr., 18, 500 Martin Luther King Road, Baldwin, was arrested on Monday at 12:32 p.m. on a warrant for aggravated battery, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities. No bail is set.
Rodney Granger, 23, 543 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested on Monday at 4:01 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of flight from an officer, reckless operation of a vehicle and unlawful operation of an off-road vehicle. Granger was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle without a driver’s license on person. Bail is set at $750.
Raymon Jones, 28, 526 Pesson St., Jeanerette, was arrested on Monday at 12:33 p.m. on a warrant for simple battery. No bail is set.
Wayne Clark, 43, 165 Lenny’s Lane, Amelia, was arrested on Monday at 10:45 p.m. for disturbing the peace. Clark was released on a $1,000 bond.
Isaiah Blum, 39, 269 Harvest Court, Thibodaux, was arrested on Friday at 11:38 a.m. for driving under suspension. Blum was also cited for speeding. He was released on a summons.
Wilbur J. Richard Jr., 33, 1132 La. 695, Kaplan, was arrested on Saturday at 12:27 a.m. for resisting an officer, monetary instrument abuse, warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and warrant for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. No bail is set.
Kendell Williams, 35, 316 East St., Franklin, was arrested on Saturday at 5:34 p.m. for general speed law violation, obstruction of justice, resisting a police officer with force or violence, possession of Schedule II – crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of open alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. Williams was released on a $8,000 bond.
Leonel Rodriquez, 28, #4 Odile Lane, Amelia, was arrested on Sunday at 2:39 a.m. for switched license plates, no driver’s license and no insurance. Rodriquez was released on a summons.
Ron D. Leonard, 35, 234 Jones Road #1, Jeanerette, was arrested on Sunday at 6:09 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail is set at $22,279.
James Thibodaux, 59, 18990 La. 182, Charenton, was arrested on Monday at 2:57 a.m. for aggravated second degree battery. No bail is set.
Jeffrey Loveless, 61, 18956 La. 182, Charenton, was arrested on Monday at 2:57 a.m. for aggravated assault with a firearm. No bail is set.
Joseph Robertson, 52, 258 Jones Road, Four Corners, was arrested on Monday at 2:57 a.m. for criminal trespass. Bail is set at $1,000.
