Police Reports 4-17-17
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Aaron Bourque, 30, Wilford Street, Franklin, was arrested on Thursday, at 9:20 a.m., on a warrant, for the charge of disturbing the peace by loud music. Bourque was released on a $500 bond.
April Phillips, 38, Lee Charles Street, Franklin, was arrested on Thursday, at 5:41 p.m., for the charge of theft by shoplifting and possession of a legend drug without a prescription – promethazine. Phillips was also arrested on a warrant for the charge of altering a prescription and theft. Phillips is held on a $1,500 bond.
Devonte Colar, 23, Mississippi Street, New Iberia, was arrested on Sunday, at 1:15 a.m., for the charges of possession of schedule I narcotics – marijuana, first offense and violation of a controlled dangerous law in a drug-free zone. Colar was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of off-road vehicle on a roadway and no driver’s license. No bond is set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported that Joshua L. Boudreaux, 31, 403 Cypress St., Franklin, was arrested on Thursday at 7:30 a.m. for aggravated obstruction of a highway of commerce. No bail is set.
Matthew S. Ortamond, 24, 1242 Herman Dupuis Road, Breaux Bridge, was arrested on Thursday at 9:21 a.m. for violation of, Ortamond, was released on a summons.
Demetre K. Mitchell, 24, 119 Caesar Lane, Franklin, was arrested on Thursday at 11:51 a.m. on two warrants for three counts of criminal trespass and two counts each of simple burglary and attempted burglary. No bail is set.
Jasmiera Jack, 17, 160 Appolon Road, Four Corners, was arrested on Thursday at 12:22 p.m. for simple battery. Jack was released on a $2,500 bond.
Jerimiah Thomas, 22, 1151 Goode St., Houma, was arrested on Friday at 1:23 a.m. for possession of marijuana. Thomas was released on a summons.
Christopher Percle, 18, 1206 Clements Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested on Saturday at 2:59 a.m. for three counts simple burglary and vagrancy. No bail is set.
Travis Levine, 46, 191 Eves Street, Sorrel, was arrested on Saturday at 6:46 p.m. for criminal damage to property and criminal trespass. Levine was released on a summons.
