Police Reports 4-11-17

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Vincent Paul Sr., 52, Josephine Street, Franklin, was arrested on Monday, at 12:54 p.m., on a warrant for the charge of theft. Paul allegedly took approximately $700 from the victim’s purse. Paul was released on a $1,500 bond.
Alicia Bertrand, 32, Fifth Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on Monday, at 3:04 p.m., on warrants for the charges of theft of goods and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Bertrand allegedly took at bike valued at $69 from a local business on Northwest Blvd. Bertrand was released on a $2,500 bond.
Myrtle Naquin, 54, La. 87, Franklin, was arrested on Monday at 10:14 p.m., on a warrant for the charge of simple battery. Naquin was held on a $2,500.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Juvenile male, 15, Patterson, was arrested on Monday at 3:24 p.m. for simple battery and obscenity. The juvenile was released to a guardian.
Leroy Bailey, 31, 127 Demoss Road, Monroe, was arrested on Monday at 4:40 p.m. on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of theft of goods and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of improper lane usage and possession of Schedule I drugs. No bail is set.
Myrtle Naquin, 54, 5213 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested on Monday at 8:08 p.m. on a warrant for simple battery. No bail is set.
Lacey Naquin, 29, 11407 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested on Monday at 10:39 p.m. for disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. Naquin was released on a $3,500 bond.
Baldwin Police Chief Harry Smith Jr. reported the following arrests:
Amanda Rudolph, 29, 300 Orphan Home Road, Baldwin, was arrested on Sunday at 7:49 p.m. for Simple Battery. Rudolph was released on a summons.
Kayla Hurry Blanchard 22, 206 Uto-pia St., Baldwin was arrested on Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of careless operation of a vehicle. Blanchard was released on a summons.
Clayton Tardy, 56, 112 1/2 Jolivette St. was arrested on Tuesday for disturbing the peace. Clayton was released on a summons.
