Police Reports 4-10-17

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Daeon Johnson, 27, Apple Street, Morgan City, was arrested on Saturday at 3:08 a.m., on a warrant for the charge of probation violation. Johnson was held on a $500 bond.
Angelle Stansbury, 26, Percy Street, Franklin, was arrested on Sunday at 8:45 p.m., for the charge of disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language. Stansbury was released on a $250 bond.
Jazman Henry, 20, Bodin Drive, Franklin, was arrested on Sunday, at 10:02 p.m., for the charge of resisting an officer. Henry was released on a $2,500 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Kevin Darby, 26, 4031 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Patterson, was arrested on Friday at 8:53 a.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. No bail is set.
Lucius Romero Jr., 41, 1400 North Third St., Morgan City, was arrested on Friday at 9:56 a.m. on a warrant failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. No bail is set.
William Daigle Jr., 43, 733 Weeks St., New Iberia, was arrested on Friday at 11:40 a.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail is set at $10,548.
Cary Breaux, 43, 317 Union St., Morgan City, was arrested on Friday at 11:48 am on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation. No bail is set.
Avery D. Perro, 37, 1602 Elm St., Franklin, was arrested on Saturday at 9:14 p.m. for operating a vehicle with a suspended license, speeding and possession of open alcoholic container in motor vehicles. Perro was released on a summons.
Jodie Meranta, 48, 507 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested on Saturday at 12:39 a.m. on a warrant for disturbing the peace. No bail is set.
Joseph Robertson Sr., 52, 258 Jones Road #1, Four Corners, was arrested on Saturday at 2:35 p.m. on a warrant for attempted theft and criminal trespass. Robertson was released on a summons.
Amanda Soudelier, 39, Rose Park Lane Lot #5, Bayou Vista, was arrested on Saturday at 8:29 p.m. on a warrant for criminal damage to property, theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule IV drugs with intent to distribute. No bail is set.
Rickey Glynn, 53, 3370 Fourth St., Berwick, was arrested on Saturday at 8:49 p.m. on a warrant for criminal damage to property, theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule I – marijuana. Glynn was also charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of hunting or taking deer at illegal hours or with artificial light, hunting or taking deer illegally from a boat or while swimming and failure to change ownership of registration. No bail is set.
Robert Gussman Jr., 44, Rose Park Lane Lot #5, Bayou Vista, was arrested on Sunday at 1:29 a.m. for resisting an officer by providing false information, obstruction of justice and five warrants for contempt of court and other offenses. No bail is set.
Timothy David, 48, 1638 Chestnut Drive, Morgan City, was arrested on Sunday at 11:14 a.m. for speeding in a construction zone and operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. David was released on a summons.
Kyle Bellard, 17, 124 Mercury Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested on Sunday at 12:11 p.m. for aggravated second degree battery. No bail is set.
Juvenile female, 14, Ricohoc was arrested on Sunday at 4:16 p.m. for ungovernable juvenile and criminal damage to property. The juvenile was released to a guardian.
Norris Reed Jr., 46, 2510 LA 319, Cypremort Point, was arrested on Sunday at 9:02 p.m. for disturbing the peace with offensive language. Reed was released on a summons.
