Chitimacha PD nab four in theft

Chitimacha Police officers were called Sunday to a residence in reference to a John Deer ATV that was reportedly stolen from the premises.
During the course of the investigation, officers were provided information that led to the person who had allegedly stolen the ATV and others who reportedly were involved.
Officers were able to determine that the persons involved had knowledge of the ATV being stolen and still occupied it and did not report it, with one of the persons being a juvenile.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the arrests of:
Terrell Charles, 18, Martin Luther King Road, Charenton, was arrested on Saturday for illegal possession of stolen things, contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and resisting an officer. Charles was transported to parish jail.
A female juvenile, 16, Charenton, was arrested on Saturday for illegal possession of stolen things. She was released to a parent.
Erika Lagrange, 37, Pequot Drive, Charenton, was arrested on Saturday for contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, improper supervision of a minor by a parent and illegal possession of stolen things. Lagrange was released on a summons.
Lenis Clements Jr., 55, La. 87, Charenton, was arrested on Sunday for theft of a motor vehicle and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. He was transported to parish jail.
