Wendy Champagne Price

July 2, 1971 — February 20, 2024
Wendy Champagne Price, born July 2, 1971, was called home to heaven on February 20, 2024.
Wendy was born in Morgan City, La. and called Panama City her home for the past several years. She loved walks on the beach and Saturday mornings in the park with her husband. She will be forever remembered as a loving and caring soul who loved all and knew no strangers. She would go to the end of the earth for her family.
She leaves behind a loving and heartbroken husband, Glynn Price and their young son Nicolas Jude Price. Her family also includes daughter Charlie E. Price and her two daughters Briahna Veregin and Brinlea Carroll. Her daughter Savannah and her husband Calab Hebert and their two children, Luke and Abigial. Her son Shade Suire and Abbey Aucoin and their two children, Ivy and Rory. Her son Glynn and his wife Sarah Price and their son Isaac Merlin Price.
She also leaves behind three grieving brothers, Steve and Tracy Champagne and Tommy Donati II along with their wives and children. She is also leaving behind a grieving sister, Rogena Hartley and her children.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Steve Allen Champagne and Tommy and Chandra Alice Donati and both maternal and paternal grandparents.
Her husband is honoring her request that she not have a service but to grieve her in private along with their children and immediate family.
Wendy was a first of many, for her procedures from her illness. The family would like to thank Dr. Eric Jeng and the ICU nurses at UF Shand’s for everything. The family would also like to thank Dr. Saeed Khaja and staff who performed a first ever procedure and who will be writing a published article in the New England Medical Journal about Wendy’s case. Her hope and dream were that others would be cured by Dr. Khaja’s research and article.
