THOMAS JAMES JACKSON

Thomas James Jackson, 78, a native of Lafourche Parish and a resident of Larose, La., passed away peacefully at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, July 16, 2018.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 13841 E. Main Street in Larose, La. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Audry Lewis Jackson of Larose; sons, Thomas Y. Jackson of Franklin, Tyrone Williams, Ashley Williams, Quentin Williams all of Larose and Brandon Williams of Morgan City; daughters, Mrs. Gerry (Troyelene J.) Wallace, J’Anise Williams and Sherri Jenkins of Larose; twenty grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; brother, Rev. Cleophus Jackson Sr. of Larose and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, great grandchild, parents, two brothers, paternal grandparents, and maternal grandparents.
