REGINA 'JEANIE' HYMEL CLEMENT

August 20, 1944 — August 11, 2022

Regina “Jeanie” Hymel Clement of Morgan City, LA was born to Royal “Cap” and Bessie Hymel on August 20, 1944. She sadly left us on August 11, 2022 at the age of 77.

She loved her family above all things. Travelling, going to casinos in Biloxi, MS, playing cards with the gang, and cooking/baking were just a few of her favorite things.

She was a faithful Catholic, who dedicated over 10 years to crocheting relics for the Father Seelos Center in New Orleans for a special intention granted to our family many years ago.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Drue Clement; daughter, Dainell Clement Bigler and husband Trent; grandchildren, Brock Bigler and wife Lauren, Taylor Bigler Cox and husband John, Quinn Bigler; great-grandchildren, Bentley Bigler, Elliana Bigler, Tate Cox, Cohen Cox; brother, Lloyd “Jay” Hymel.

A private graveside ceremony will be held at a later date reserved for close family and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Twin City Funeral Home of Morgan City, LA.
