Peter Gerard Skinner Sr., 47, of Baton Rouge, died Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge.
Visitation will be Friday from 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. at Good Hope Baptist Church in Patterson. Burial will follow in New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Patterson.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara Hilliard Veal; father, Anthony Skinner Sr.; stepfather, Steve Veal; sons, Stephon Polidore and Peter Skinner Jr.;daughter, Paige Skinner; brother, Anthony Skinner Jr.; sisters, Rosinda Scott and Sharquana Escort; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and a grandson.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
