Obituary: Ronald Craft

Ronald Craft, 74, a resident of Patterson, died Monday, Aug. 10, 2026.
Visitation will be Saturday from 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. at Patterson Area Civic Center. Burial will follow in Patterson Memorial Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Jannie Craft of Patterson; children, Ronthte Castle of New Iberia and Ronnique Shavers of Prairieville; stepchildren, Jamal Hartman, Raynea Jones, Raynetta Hartman and Rhondalynn Owens, all of Patterson, Hilbert Craft Jr. and Milton Craft, both of Morgan City, Allen Craft Sr. and Mercedes Craft, both of Houma, Nathan Craft of Franklin, Donald Craft and Cherylon Craft, both of Gibson, Cynthia Craft of Bayou Vista, Katherine Granger of Gray and Anita Mouton of Orlando, Florida; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter and five siblings.
