MARTHA “MOT” JONES FORD

Martha “Mot” Jones Ford, 54, a resident and native of Amelia, La., passed away on Friday July 19, 2019 at 3:42 p.m. at the Ochsner Medical Center.
Visitation will be observed on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Pilgrim Grove Baptist Church in Morgan City, La. from 8 a.m. until funeral services at 10 a.m. Burial will follow funeral services in the Union Bethel Cemetery in Amelia, La.
Memories of Martha will forever remain in the hearts of her four children, Roger Jones, Ka’Shera Jones, J. C. Ford, Jr., and Jerrence Ford Sr.; her mother, Hilda Jones, all of Amelia, La.; four sisters, Bessie Wilson of Houston, TX., Mrs. John ( Connie) Williams, Karen Jones, and Mrs. Issac (Kanersha) Joseph all of Amelia, La.; four grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Martha was preceded in death by her father, her husband, one brother and two sisters, and a granddaughter.
