Marilyn Knight Francois

Marilyn Knight Francois, 78, a resident of Franklin, died Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022, at her resi-dence.
Visitation will be Thursday at Siracusaville Recreation Center from 10 a.m. until services at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery.
She is survived by sons, Irving Dewey Jr. of Patterson, James Knight and Sylvester Francois Sr. of Bayou Vista, Salvadore Francois Sr. of Franklin and Johnny Francois Sr. of Houston; daughters, Cyn-thia Blanks of Franklin, Selver Grogan of Richmond, TX, Angela Harris of Chorley, UK, Sonia Fran-cois and Nicgehia Francois, both of Morgan City; brothers, Ernest Knight II, Wilbert Knight, Daniel Knight, Harold Knight Sr., Albert Knight Sr., Tony Knight and Erving Knight Sr.; sisters, Lucinda Knight, Edna Robinson, Rosalie Kelly and Agnes Moore; 57 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three grandchildren and two sisters.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
