MARGIE FREEMAN GIBSON

Margie Freeman Gibson, 85, a resident and native of Franklin, La., passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 10:42 a.m. at her residence.
Visitation will be observed on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 1719 Willow Street Franklin, LA, from 9:30 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. Burial will follow funeral services in the Lutheran Cemetery in Franklin, La.
Memories of Margie will forever remain in the hearts of her four sons, Larry Murry of Chesapeake, Virginia, Roosevelt Freeman of Houston, Texas; Melvin Gibson and Frederick Gibson of Franklin, La.; three daughters, Cathy Sam, Delbra Brown, and Darlene Gibson all of Franklin, La.; four brothers, Clifford Starks, Eddie Freeman, Eugene Freeman all of Franklin, La. and James Stark of Houston, Texas; eight sisters, Clara Stark, Leotha Butler, Joyce Hutcherson, Victoria Vining, Carrie Madison, Melva Freeman, Minister Ruby Griffin and Catherine Morris all of Franklin, La.; twenty grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Margie was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one daughter, three grandchildren, one sister, and six brothers.
