Mamie Byers Griffin, 60, a native of Berwick and resident of Morgan City, died Wednesday, April 4, 2018.
Visitation will be Friday, 4-6 p.m., at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Morgan City. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Miracle Revival Church in Bayou Vista. Burial will follow in Berwick Cemetery.
She is survived by a son, Charles Griffin Jr. of New Iberia; three daughters, Regine Griffin of Berwick, Tiffany Noel of Lafayette, and Letitia Grogan of Houston; two brothers, Andrew Byers of Franklin and Jessie Engleton Jr. of Morgan City; three sisters, Bobby Conway of Bakersville, California, Margaret Powell of Patterson and Patricia Byers of Houston; 24 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
