Larry Jones Sr., 75, a native and resident of Patterson, died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023, at Ochsner St. Mary in Morgan City.
Visitation will be Saturday from 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. at Good Hope Baptist Church in Patterson. Burial will follow in New Salem Cemetery in Patterson with military honors.
He is survived by three sons, Larry Jones Jr. of Jeanerette, Troy Jones of Patterson and Edward Jones of Bayou Vista; two daughters, Ashley Washington of Patterson and Andre Williams of Morgan City; three brothers, Charles Jones and Floyd Jones, both of Patterson, and Jeff Jones of Cutoff; four sisters, Maltilda Ray and Katherine Jones, both of Patterson, Marion Johnson of Baton Rouge and Ann Jones of Meridian, Mississippi; 19 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and two brothers.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
