KATHRYN B. SHIREY

Kathryn B. Shirey, 76, passed away on November 5, 2023, in Morgan City, LA.
Kathryn is survived by husband, Larry D. Shirey; sons, James (Tifffany) Shirey and Larry (Kathryn) Shirey; and grandchildren, Addie, Sophie, Ryan, Maggie and Grey.
Kathryn is preceded in death by her parents, George and Hilda Blanchard.
Kathy enjoyed spending time with her five beautiful grandchildren and cheering on the LSU Tigers with her two sons. She was a devoted mother and wife, and throughout her life, she was a steadfast and caring friend to all who were blessed to meet her. Kathy will leave behind a true spirit of love, kindness, and family.
A visitation will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will commence at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Mausoleum.
