JEAN NAN McCORD MITCHELL

Jean Nan McCord Mitchell, 70, wife of the late Junius J. Mitchell, died May 5, 2017, in her Berwick home. She was a native of Hyannis, Massachusetts.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Battaglia of New Iberia and Jocklynn Keville of Houston; four sons, Tony Richardson and Dennis Richardson, both of Ore City, Texas, Tim Mitchell of Morgan City and Gene Anderson of Lawrenceville, Georgia; a sister, Marilee Shaw of Daingerfield, Texas; a brother, Sam McCord of Texas City, Texas; 15 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
A memorial will be held at a later date in Hydaburg, Alaska.
