HERBERT JOSEPH

Herbert Joseph, 72, a native of St. James Parish and resident of Houma, died Sunday, June 24, 2018.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until services at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Peter Baptist Church in Montegut. Burial will follow in Deweyville Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Smith Joseph; two sons, Keron McGuire of Morgan City and Herbert Bryant of St. James; three daughters, Karen Smith, Arriane Johnson and Joyce Bryant; 10 grandchildren; three brothers, Rev. Edward Joseph, Wilbert Joseph and Walter Joseph; three sisters, Earline Smallwood, Ethel Fisher and Rose Miller; and a host of other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sister.
