Gladys Singleton Verdine, 84, a native of Morgan City and resident of Carson, California, died Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018, in Carson, California.
Visitation will be Monday from 10 a.m. until services at 10:30 a.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City. Entombment will follow in Morgan City Mausoleum.
She is survived by two sons, Chris Verdine of Los Angeles and Craig Verdine Sr. of Patterson; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, a grandson and a sister.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
