GERALDINE JONES MORSE

Geraldine Jones Morse, 89, a native of Morgan City, died Friday, Feb. 13, 2026.
Services were Saturday at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Morgan City with burial in Morgan City Cemetery.
She is survived by seven children, Debra Baker of Benton, Howard Morse III of Lafayette, Kenneth Morse of Charlotte, North Carolina, Leslie Roberson of Port Allen, and Shantell Kinchen, Shairee Jones and Corey Morse, all of Morgan City; brother, Clarence Jones Sr. of Morgan City; sister, Mary Jones of Morgan City; 20 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and six siblings.
Jones Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
