EVANGELIST EVELYN MERRICK WILSON

Evangelist Evelyn Merrick Wilson, a native of Glencoe, La. and a resident of Baldwin, La. went home to Glory on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Greater New Hope Baptist Church (104 10th St., Baldwin, La.), from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and funeral service also at Greater New Hope Baptist Church Saturday at 12 p.m.
Evangelist Wilson, is survived by her husband Alvin Nolan Wilson, Sr. of Baldwin, La.; (3) sons: Alvin Nolan Wilson, Jr. of Baldwin, La., Lawrence Wilson of Jeanerette, La., and Terry Wilson of Franklin, La.; (2) daughters Wendy (Wilbert) Thibodeaux of Breaux Bridge, La. and Cheryl (David) Stansbury of Baldwin, La.; (2) sisters: Minister Viola Merrick and Minister Theresa Notto, both of Baldwin, La.; (2) brothers Clarence (Jo Ann) Merrick of Opelousas, La. and Herbert Merrick of New Iberia, La.
