CHARLETA C. BAKER

Charleta Cooks Baker, 33, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, and baby girl Aqulinea Baker, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2017, at Terrebonne General Hospital in Houma.
Visitation will be Saturday from 11 a.m. until services at 1 p.m. at Morgan City Municipal Auditorium.
Burial will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Moses Church Cemetery in Thibodaux.
Charleta is survived by her husband, Woodrow Baker Jr.; a son, Wiluzziah Baker; two daughters, Wa’Andenia Baker and Wymia Baker, all of Houma; her father, Charles LaSalle of Patterson; two sisters, Karla Cooks and Charlene Cooks, both of Thibodaux; her grandfather, Samuel Cooks of Houma; and a host of other relatives.
They were preceded in death by Charleta’s mother and grandmother.
