ANNA NELL RODRIGUEZ RHODES SUIRE

Anna Nell Rodriguez Rhodes Suire, 94, a resident of Morgan City, Louisiana, died Thursday, Aug. 19, 2021, at Maison Jardin.
She was born on March 24, 1927, in Port Arthur, Texas, the daughter of Ernest Rodriguez and Lena Arcemont Rodriguez.
She is survived by two children, Brenda Fernandez and husband John of Morgan City; William Rhodes and wife Charlotte of Franklin; 10 grandchildren, Sarah Fears and husband Brandon, Jaysen Hebert, Alita Boudreaux and husband Scott, Venus Toups and husband Lee, Anthony Rhodes and wife Karen, Shelley Flood, Michael Rhodes and wife Briana, Sabrina Rhodes, Troy Rhodes and wife Amanda and Paige Rost; 19 great grandchildren, Sophie Fears, Phoebe Fears, Landon Hebert, Madden Hebert, Morgan Boudreaux, Luke Boudreaux, Zoey Rhodes, Zane Rhodes, Anna Belle Flood, Samuel Flood, Peyton Toups, Brandon Toups, Dalyn Richard, Zoey Rhodes, Makayla Rhodes, Scarlette Rost, Juliette Grow, Gabrielle Rhodes and Ewan Rhodes; two daughters-in-law, Anna Belle and Connie; two sisters, Markeita Arthur and husband Duval and Jennie Fabre; one brother, Elwood Rodriguez; stepson, Darrell Suire.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Lena Rodriguez; first husband William Rhodes; second husband E.J. Suire; two sons, Herman Rhodes and Anthony Rhodes; one sister, Verna Blanco; three brothers, Preston Rodriguez, E.J. Rodriguez and Eno Rodriguez.
Funeral services will be held at noon Monday, Aug. 23, 2021, at Twin City Funeral Home with Deacon Brent Bourgeois officiating. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Following the services, Anna Nell will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
