A ribbon-cutting Sept. 4 officially opened Nouveau Riche, owned by Dominique Besse Thomas at 1117 Main St. in Patterson, across from Morey Park. Noveau Riche offers plant-based cleaners formulated to be safe and effective. On hand for the ceremony were officials from Patterson city government and the St. Mary Chamber.
