Morgan City concert season features variety
Piano pop, country music, soul classics and rock anthems will be on the bill for the Morgan City Live Community Concert Association’s 2026-27 season, which begins its five-show run Oct. 1.
The concerts will be at Morgan City Municipal Auditorium’s Schreier Theatre. All shows start at 7 p.m.
Season tickets are $45 for adults and $10 for K-12 students.
Individual tickets are $25 for adults and $5 for students.
Patron plan subscriptions are $150 for four tickets; $350 for 10 tickets; and $600 for 20 tickets. Tickets may be purchased at www.morgancitylive.com.

The Piano Men are “bonded by blood and a deep love for the music of Billy Joel and Elton John.”
Backed by an energetic band, “the show is a roller coaster of iconic hits, delivered with authenticity, showmanship, and a deep sense of legacy."
•The Doo Wah Riders, Nov. 10
The Doo Wahs define their sound as “high energy country with a Cajun twist.” They are veterans of 40 years of performing and “possess the rare combination of many years of experience and youthful energy."
They’ve performed with Garth Brooks, George Strait, Alabama, Charlie Daniels, Faith Hill, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton and Randy Travis.
•CeCe Teneal’s Divas of Soul, Feb. 23
Cece Teneal has opened for Buddy Guy, Joe Cocker, Johnny Lang and more.
She currently tours “her soulful and funky originals as well as a celebration of the music of Aretha Franklin to tens of thousands annually …”
Teneal delivers “whether there’s five people or 5,000 in the audience.”

Broadway veterans Aaron Lavigne and Jenna Ruball blend “the raw energy of your favorite rock anthems and acoustic storytelling. …”
The vocalists met while starring as Jesus and Mary in the Olivier Award-winner for Best Revival in London’s West End, “Jesus Christ Superstar.”

The Satin Dolz are “a dazzling international ensemble of vocalists and tap dancers who bring the golden age of entertainment to live.”
They have been inspired by World War II-era USO shows, and their own performances feature shows such as “Pin-Up Revolution,” “1940s USO Swing,” “Roaring 20s” and “Rockabilly Revolution.”
